Unitray is closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 issue and are doing everything we can to keep our employees and workplace as healthy and risk-free as possible, so that we can continue to supply your needs. We will continually inform our employees of the best ways to protect themselves, following advice from the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Centre for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and other global and provincial health agencies. We have ceased all travel and are encouraging employees to utilize technology to continue business meetings whenever possible.

Currently, Unitray does not foresee any major interruption in supplying our products to our valued customers. Our major suppliers have confirmed that they should be able to continue to supply us materials to meet our demand. We will continue to do everything we safely can to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, while we do not anticipate any delays, and are working ahead to maintain our stock levels and lead times, there could be issues outside of our control that may cause disturbances to our shipping schedule. We will send updates out as soon as we learn of any changes to our situation.

The status of COVID-19 is uncertain and could change rapidly. We will constantly monitor these developments and keep our customers informed of any changes to our company situation. Please reach out if you have any concerns.
